That's the job

Recruiting support : Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit.

Interview coordination : Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Data quality : Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure clean recruiting data.

Stakeholder collaboration : Stay closely connected with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Recruitment marketing : Support the creation and promotion of job ads to attract future KNIMErs.

Learning & growth : Share knowledge, participate in learning opportunities, and continuously develop your recruiting skills.

Pre- & onboarding :   Communicate with new hires and support the operational side of onboarding to ensure a great start.

AI in action : Test and support the rollout of AI tools for sourcing, screening, or HR processes—and help identify what works best.
