Senior IT Project Manager (m / f)
Your role :
An IT project manager plans, executes and finalizes projects according to deadlines and budgets.
This includes defining the project’s objectives and scope, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the project team’s members, as well as assessing the risks, and overseeing quality controls through the project lifecycle.
Scope definition and Planning
- Define the project’s scope with clear deliverables, identify the main stakeholders and obtain signoffs
- Build work plans and deliverables
- Adapt as appropriate the scope to meet changing needs and requirements in compliance with GDPR regulations
Project management
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Hold regular status meetings with stakeholders and IT projects steering committee
- Keep project team informed of progress
- Manage project resources to meet the assigned tasks
- Facilitate business units meeting related to projects and workshops
- Ensure that project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately
- Report timely and accurately on project according to the deadline
- Ensure GDPR compliancy activities at each stage of the project lifecycle
Risk assessment
- Evaluate risk exposure of deliverables and project outcome
- Assess GDPR and Information Security risks with contribution of DPO and CISO
- Assess PSF regulation and constrains in its core to build project plans and deliverables
Your profile :
Experience and qualifications
- You have a degree in IT Engineering or Computer Sciences
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in managing IT projects
- You have strong competencies in leading IT Outsourcing processes, procurement and cost control
- You have a good knowledge of PSF regulation constraints
- Lean Management / Scrum Master experience / Agile project planning will be a plus

- You have well-developed organisational and time management skills
- You provide valuable information related to the project status in a timely and effective manner
- You demonstrate the ability to cooperate with a wide variety of colleagues
- You have assertiveness and empathy with colleagues and are able to manage conflicts

- You inspire your colleagues to strive and to achieve the goals with a sense of leadership
- You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- You are proficient in delivering software and infrastructure projects with a rock solid resiliency
