Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting a Financial Controller.

Your responsibilities

• Your daily tasks

Monitor the financial performance of the various business units to ensure the reliability of results and identify performance drivers.

Oversee and strengthen financial reporting processes to ensure the reliability, relevance and consistency of information provided to senior management.

Identify and propose ways to optimise profitability and economic performance.

Design, develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to enable better analysis of the company's finances.

Actively participate in the budgeting process and the preparation of financial forecasts.

Carry out ad hoc financial analyses at the request of senior management and make recommendations for decision-making.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's financial processes, tools and practices.

Participate in accounting closings in collaboration with the accounting teams and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrections to ensure the consistency of management data.

Provide operational and analytical support to the entire Finance team on cross-functional issues.

Participating in the integration of new employees

Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

Studies / training

Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or equivalent experience

Experience

3 years experience in a similar position

Skills and knowledge required

Mandatory :

Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel

SAP S / 4HANA

LUXGAAP

Mandatory :

French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

English : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

Ability to multi-task

Special attention to detail

Analytical skills

Teamwork and collaboration

In-depth knowledge of financial reporting tools

Valid permanent B driving licence
