We value enthusiastic and open-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAccountable for overall construction performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industryLeading the Exyte construction organization on siteLeading construction meetings with subcontractors on siteDefinition of the construction execution plan for the projectsDefinition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the projectDefinition of KPIs to measure construction performance on siteDevelop and keep good communication and relationship with the clientReport the project construction status to the company management as per corporate proceduresMonitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development processEnsure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the construction disciplineBe a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally.
