What We’re Looking For

Senior-level hands-on chip engineers

Strong experience in real silicon projects (not academic only)

Ability to work autonomously and integrate quickly

Comfortable working in structured, high-quality environments

Nice to Have

Experience across multiple tape-outs

Mixed Front-End / Verification or Front-End / Back-End exposure

Background in industrial, automotive, or high-performance systems
