What can you expect?
- You take full ownership for a product development project overseeing multiple sub-projects within the organization
- You ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of complex high-impact development initiatives
- You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met within the defined parameters of quality, time, and cost
- You define and lead project objectives, managing project teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration
- You prepare and implement projects across multiple disciplines, aligning with established goals for quality, time, cost, and staffing
- You establish robust operating mechanisms to track project progress, identify issues, and develop recovery plans while driving continuous improvement and mentoring project managers
What should you bring along?
- You have a Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering or Science such as Physics, Chemistry, or Materials
- You have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a high-tech industry
- You hold a professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
- You have experience in leading and influencing distributed teams
- You are fluent in both German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
