We are looking for a great German Field Sales Training Manager (Germany) to join our client’s team. The candidate MUST be a German national or have lived there for many years and be fully fluent in German.
They must have delivered training for field sales teams within the mobile smart-tech and / or consumer electronics sectors.
The role is to manage and deliver the field sales training to the German sales team, ensuring that the person MUST have experience designing and delivering this field sales training to sales teams involved in selling consumer electronics / mobile smart-tech solutions to consumers.
Fluent English & German language proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess training needs of our client in Germany through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods
- Effectively manage the training budget
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Manage technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices
Required qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Marketing or Sales
- 5+ years’ experience in training and development management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in German & English
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs especially for field sales teams working in consumer electronics
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail
