As Information Security Controls Expert (m / f / d) you will be responsible for executing and continuously improving SIXTs Security Internal Control Management System. This role requires a deep understanding of and experience with Security KPI and KRI systems exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a core part of SIXTs GRC team and will work closely with various departments to ensure the integration of Internal Controls and KPI / KRI management practices into all business processes. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You design the Security Internal Controls Management System and perform management reporting
  • You design and implement Security KPI and KRI systems automate the systems to the best possible extent and report their performance to management
  • You collect and analyze data using automation wherever possible to determine potential impact and likelihood of possible incidents
  • You integrate Internal Controls and KPI / KRI management practices into daily operations
  • You produce reports and enable insight into potential risk exposure losses and mitigation of identified risks through reporting activities

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have several years of experience in cyber security with focus on resolving / remediating issues / vulnerabilities including handson experience of Security Internal Controls and KPI management Systems at medium or large companies relevant experience with Big4 consulting firms will be beneficial
  • Tools You are experienced with Security frameworks and have proven track record of implementing and running them
  • Motivation You have a strong motivation for innovation and building things and you are not afraid to take on challenges
  • Organizational skills You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and exceptional prioritization skills
  • Soft skills You have great collaboration and communication skills
