As a Working Student in Procurement, you'll play an essential role in supporting our team with operational tasks, strategic initiatives, and process optimization. Your main tasks :
- Order Processing and Management
Supporting the monitoring of order status and ensuring timely deliveries.
Assisting with coordination regarding delivery schedules and following up on delays.Invoice Verification and ApprovalVerifying invoices for accuracy (price, quantity, terms).
Reviewing and allocating credit card invoices in the accounting system.Coordinating with accounting and suppliers in case of discrepancies.Supporting the approval process for invoice payments.Support for Strategic ProjectsParticipating in projects to optimize procurement processes.
Analyzing cost-saving potentials and improving purchasing strategies.Supporting sustainability initiatives in procurement (e.g., Green Procurement).Master Data Management and ReportingRecording and updating supplier and product master data in EasyJob.
Preparing reports, analyses, and statistics for the procurement team.Maintaining and updating procurement databases and systems.Document ManagementManaging and organizing supplier contracts, price lists, and orders.
Maintaining a clear and easily accessible filing system.Documenting and archiving offers, orders, and correspondence.Providing administrative support for contracts, including follow-ups on NDAs or agreements and maintaining the contract register.Research and Trend AnalysisConducting market analyses and research on new products or suppliers.
Analyzing trends and new technologies in procurement.Preparing decision-making aids and reports for management.Project SupportParticipating in project meetings and taking minutes.
Assisting in maintaining project-specific databases.Your profile
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in tasks such as invoice verification and data maintenance.Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, or related areas is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with procurement tools or systems (e.g., EasyJob) is an advantage.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, conduct market research, and support decision-making processes.Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.Proactive and independent working style with a problem-solving approach.Interest in sustainability and willingness to contribute to Green Procurement initiatives.Fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are a plus.Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is a bonus but not required.Why us?
