Senior Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator (m / f / d ) to support the project management team in Stuttgart.

You will contribute to the smooth management of planning and construction processes and take on key responsibilities in schedule, cost, and risk control.

Deployment information :

Location : Stuttgart

Commencement Date : 18th November 2024 to 28th February 2026 (Extension possible)

Weekly Hours : 39 hours

Working Hours : 07 : 30 to 16 : 30

Additional Remuneration : Collective wage supplements and potential hardship allowances

Job description :

• Project Management : Responsibility for the cost, schedule, and risk management of planning and construction processes.
• Scheduling and Planning Management : Development and continuous updating of complex schedules and the project handbook.
• Performance Monitoring : Preparation of planned versus actual comparisons, performance tracking within cost and schedule plans, and the development of countermeasures.
• Advisory and Coordination : Support and advice to the project management team, as well as coordination of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance : Ensuring the timely and budget-compliant execution of projects in accordance with contractual project objectives.
• Variance Analysis : Development of scenarios and measures for counteracting any threats to project objectives.

Requirements Profile :

• Qualifications : A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience : Several years of experience in project management and the control of infrastructure projects. Ideally, experience with projects involving existing structures.
• Technical Knowledge : Proficient knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
• Language Skills : Proficient in German at C1 level, good English, and knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
• Competencies : Confident and competent demeanor, assertiveness, high flexibility and resilience, as well as strong teamwork skills.
