Therefore, we are looking for a  PHP Software Engineer to join our team in Munich and further develop the modern ottonova software ecosystem .

You will be part of one of our five software engineering teams, which offer a great way to contribute to our advanced software system and to learn from experienced Software Engineers to advance in your professional career. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in our craft focused Chapters, where we share experience and knowledge between our Engineers. This will enable you to learn and grow at an accelerated pace.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Software Engineer in this team, you will work on systems that directly impact how customers and partners sign up, get assessed or get onboarded into our insurance products.

You will contribute to backend services that support :

• Digital customer acquisition flows for B2C and broker driven B2B channels
• Underwriting processes, including health questionnaires, rules, and risk assessment
• APIs and integrations used across our internal and external ecosystem

You will work with a modern PHP stack and collaborate closely with Product Managers,  and other Engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
