Our HR Analytics & Insights team provides transparency for stakeholders through analyses, concepts, and reports, significantly supporting decision-making processes in the HR context. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Specialist People Analytics (m / f / d) to join us as soon as possible. This role is limited till End of 2027.

What you can expect :

• Be the driving force behind collecting, analyzing, and tracking key HR statistics and metrics on an international and national level. You will uncover valuable insights that will support in shaping our HR strategies
• Play a crucial role in improving the accessibility of data and information for our management, executives, and HR team. Your expertise will empower decision-making and drive efficiency
• Ensure the integrity of our data by meticulously mapping and preparing it in our source systems. Your attention to detail will guarantee accurate and reliable information
• Dive into the world of People Analytics and HR trends through research and media monitoring. Your findings will enable us to provide exceptional services to our internal stakeholders
• Take charge of maintaining our SAP HCM organizational management, ensuring smooth operations and seamless employee experiences
