Youll contribute to building a strong and diverse talent pipeline by engaging with top talent through active sourcing.

Youll enhance candidate experience by seamlessly scheduling interviews communicating with candidates.

By collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers youll gain handson experience in aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.

By assisting with employer branding initiatives events and outreach activities youll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Your contributions to recruitment projects will help optimise processes and improve the overall hiring journey.

Qualifications :

What Youll Need to Succeed :

A passion for talent acquisition with a strong interest in the tech industry.

Previous experience in recruitment sourcing or employer branding (e.g. through internships or university projects) is a plus.

Youre currently enrolled in a university program ideally in Business HR Psychology or a related field.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas.

Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. (German is a plus)
