Your Responsibilities :

Drive the development of innovative applications, using Jira and Confluence to optimise existing solutions.
Independently develop and implement software solutions, utilising your knowledge of Delphi and programming languages.
Actively contribute within to an Agile (Scrum) team.
Ensure quality through code reviews, comprehensive testing, and detailed documentation.
It is your responsibility to ensure excellence in your work, by collaborating with quality assurance and product management to drive success.

Your Profile :

Completed training or degree in IT-related fields such as IT specialist, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

Experience in software development using Delphi, preferably with Delphi 11.

Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Fluency in both German and English.
