Working Student - HR Strategy & Digitalization

Job Description

Support HQ Reporting :

Assist in the preparation and submission of regular HR reports to the HQ, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for HQ reporting.

Digitalization Projects : Support the HR team in digitalization projects, including the implementation and optimization of HR software and tools.

Data Management and Reporting : Help maintain accurate HR data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.

Employee Relations :

Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

Administrative Support :

Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, filing documents and managing HR databases.

Handle correspondence and communication with employees and external parties.

Qualifications

• As a currently enrolled student at a university and you're pursuing a degree in economics, business administration, human resources or a related field.
• You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Your strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate make you a valuable team player.
• You possess a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving, coupled with good numerical skills.
• Your profile is rounded off by very good English, German and Korean language skills.
