Für den global agierenden Bereich Operational Excellence & Facility Management am Standort Pfreimd suchen wir eine / n (Technische) Teamassistenz & PMO (m / w / d).
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie den Bereich OPEX & FM im Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen projektbezogene Sonderaufgaben.
Aufgabenstellung
- Verwaltung von Datenbanken, Systemen oder Software, die für technische Prozesse und Projekte verwendet werden (z.B. Quentic)
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Projekten (PMO), einschließlich Zeitplanung, Ressourcenmanagement und Kommunikation zwischen Projektteams
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Audits sowie der Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Audit-Maßnahmen.
- Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben (z.B. Stundenverrechnungen, Planung von Terminen, Workshops, Reisen und Beschaffung und Verwaltung von IT-Ausstattung und Bürobedarf, Pflege von Planungslisten und des OPEX-Sharepoints)
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung mit Aufstiegsfortbildung (z.B. zum technischen Betriebswirt (m / w / d)), sowie erste Erfahrung im projektbezogenen Arbeiten
- Interesse an technischen und organisatorischen Aufgabenstellungen
- Erfahrung in Arbeitssicherheit, Energie und Umwelt von Vorteil
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Digitalkompetenz
- Flexibilität, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
