As App Growth Manager you will join our App Growth team working closely with Product Marketing Analytics and Design teams to drive the growth of our mobile apps across multiple European markets. This position is unlimited and located in Berlin .
WHAT YOULL DO
- Drive app growth initiatives across organic and paid channels to increase visibility and user acquisition
- Identifyopportunities to improve conversion performance and acquisition efficiency
- Plan run and analyze experiments and A / B tests tovalidategrowth ideas
- Manage and improve App Store Optimization (ASO) including keyword research metadata and store assets
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to improve app store visuals and messaging
- Support planning optimization and analysis of paid app campaigns (Meta TikTok Apple Search Ads Google App Campaigns)
- Monitor performance and user behavior using analytics and attribution tools
- Collaborate with Product Data andMarTechteams on tracking attribution and measurement
- Use modern growth tools and automation to scale testing and reduce manual work
- Track competitors and market trends toidentifynew growth opportunities
