Areas of responsibilities :

Drive the lean organization, digitalization and automation
Definition, education, control and auditing of business operations standards and processes (DECA loop)
Assist in design and implementation of business workflows and procedures
Analyze business operational result and provide recommendations and implement improvements
Coordinate with stakeholders and management in integrating business processes throughout the organization
Implementation of continuous improvement measures to consequently develop organizations effectiveness

Your profile of qualification :

Degree in Industrial engineering or comparable education

Fluent business English and German language skills

Well-developed leadership skills, strong conceptual thinking, a hands-on approach and the charisma to make things happen

Strong presentation and moderation skills at all company levels (including C-Level)

Several years of experience as a process management consultant, your field of activity was in corporate consulting

You have experience in managing business process management and project management, ideally in a dynamic environment
