Your Contribution
As one of the Product Owners for our Point of Sale (POS) you will own and manage the product roadmap ensuring features deliver measurable impact. Acting as the products ambassador you will align stakeholders prioritize requirements and empower agile teams to build solutions that transform the gastronomy industry.
You will join a team that constantly improves our POS in the existing markets (Netherlands Germany Spain France and Italy) but also might look to expand to more countries.

Menu of Responsibilities
This role is part of our Product Team focusing on our POS solution for the HoReCa sector. You will be responsible for:
- Managingand owningthe product roadmap: gather requirements prioritize features and keep stakeholders updated.
- Definingscope and detailed backlog items (epics features user stories) to guide agile development teams.
- Navigatinga dynamic environment removing cross-functionalimpedimentsand aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Drivingdata-driven decisions: measure product successvalidatehypotheses andoptimizefeature impact.
- Communicatingeffectively across technical and non-technical groups to ensure transparency and progress.
Ingredients for Success
- Proven experience in product management for SaaS or similar tech solutions.
- Familiarity with design thinking and customer-centric methodologies.
- Data-driven mindset withabilityto derive decisions from metrics and insights.
- Tech-savvy;experience with software development is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems orgastronomyindustry is highly beneficial.
- Earlier touchpoints withfiscalizationaccountingor programming area is beneficial.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are beneficial.
- Openness to travel regularly to the headquarterslocatedon the METRO Campus in Düsseldorfand to our location in Enschede Netherlands.
