Founded in Berlin in 2015 by Jan Hase and Arkadi Jampolski Wunderflats bridges the gap between verified landlords and carefully vetted tenants. As part of Europes housing infrastructure we help activate underutilized apartments and support the evolving ways people live and work today.

As a Product Designer you will play a key role in bringing this mission to life. By combining visual craft with user-centred design you will help create a product experience that is not only functional but also engaging and memorable. At Wunderflats you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team working closely with Product Managers and Engineers. You will take ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery focusing on creating intuitive consistent and visually refined product experiences.

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and business goals translating them into elegant usable design solutions for web and mobile
• Design intuitive user flows prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces that enhance clarity trust and delight
• Contribute to and evolve the Wunderflats Design System defining components tokens and visual standards
• Develop and document interaction and motion design patterns that strengthen our brand expression in-product
• Work closely with the Brand and Communications team to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints including marketing and emails
• Explore and integrate AI-assisted design tools (Framer Cursor Lovable Tailwind Vercel) to improve design speed and creativity
• Conduct usability tests gather feedback and iterate to continuously improve the user experience
• Collaborate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers
