The department Carbon Capture and Utilization / Storage (CCUS) in Heidelberg is looking for an Intern (f / m / d) or Working Student.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Contribute to the CO2 Neutrality Roadmap 2050 i.e. pro-actively shape the success story of Heidelberg Materials decarbonization journey

Support the development of a range of CCUS (Carbon Capture and Utilization / Storage) projects in close collaboration within our CCUS department

Interaction with our various business entities in different countries and also external partner firms is possible

As an integral part of the Team working on own projects with own responsibilities (with clear guidance) preparing analyses business cases and presentations

Support the organisation of our annual CCUS Top Group Seminar (w / internal and external stakeholders)

Contribute to the early scouting of new developments and value-chains in CCUS

Support the CCUS department in its role of building and exchanging know-how (research scouting and structuring reports)

YOUR PROFILE

Technical and / or business administration Bachelors or Masters degree studies with a strong interest in sustainability / carbon capturing / decarbonization

Keen to dive into the detailed technical and financial aspects of CCUS project development

Ability to digest new information swiftly

Experience with Power Point Excel. Optional : other Microsoft office tools AI tools

Dynamic attitude and willingness to interact with our CCUS team and external / internal stakeholders
