Digital Customer Engagement Manager SAP (m / f / d)

What you will do :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for SAP RISE customers, understanding their SAP landscape requirements and facilitating solutions
  • Coordinate with SAP backend support teams (TechOps) to ensure smooth functioning of SAP RISE platform services
  • Engage with customers regularly to provide guidance on SAP landscape performance and address planned or unplanned maintenance
  • Work closely with SAP internal teams such as IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM to ensure customers have the necessary information for SAP landscape planning and management
  • Participate in customer meetings, answering technical queries and presenting assessments related to SAP landscape operations
  • Ensure the customer is well-informed about the latest SAP technologies and product options, including hyperscaler selection (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

What we are looking for :

  • Technical expertise in SAP Basis with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Cloud knowledge with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably in Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery Program management
  • Hands-on experience with S / 4 HANA applications and HANA databases
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade and Migration (OS / DB) is mandatory
  • Experience in integrating SaaS products (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) with SAP landscapes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
