Presentación

At Claire Joster International, we are looking to incorporate a Sales Representative for one of our main clients in the industrial manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in Germany, contributing to the company’s continued leadership in the fastening solutions market.

Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of specialized fasteners and engineered components. With its headquarters in Madrid and a presence in more than 60 countries, it has over 400 employees worldwide, supported by production plants, local teams, and distribution networks across three continents.

Función

  • You will define and execute commercial strategies for key accounts within your territory, aligned with sector-specific sales plans.
  • You will apply an engineering-based sales approach to identify customer needs and offer tailored fastening solutions.
  • You will adopt a proactive, hunter mindset to grow the customer portfolio and increase market penetration.
  • You will manage all commercial activities, from setting targets to scheduling meetings and maintaining a consistent sales focus.
  • You will build strong partnerships with local distributors and retailers to strengthen brand visibility.
  • You will regularly visit end users to promote the company’s products and services.
  • You will actively identify and acquire new clients in the industrial sector through direct sales and marketing actions.
  • You will support the customer service team to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • You will monitor adherence to contract terms with clients and aim to be their preferred technical partner.
  • You will prepare and present commercial proposals and conduct product demonstrations on-site.
  • You will generate sales reports to support decision-making, track payments, and manage deliveries.
  • You will attend industry trade fairs as both a visitor and exhibitor.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Accounting Manager, and Managing Director to review and improve sales results.
  • You will address client claims and provide the necessary commercial follow-up.
  • You will help share key customer insights with the broader sales team.

Requisitos

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the fasteners or industrial components sector.
  • Technically minded, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
  • Independent and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Class B driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Languages : Fluent German and English.
