Communication Intern / Trainee (f / m / d)

Type of contract : internship, work-study contract

Starting date : August-September 2025

Duration : 6 months minimum

Your role will be to assist the team in the promotion of job offers and events on our different communication channels, while developing the "Moovijob.com" brand.

Main missions :

Community Management : creating and publishing posts on Moovijob.com's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok), community management (replying to messages and comments), participating in the creation of a communication plan;
Writing articles : career and job search, Luxembourg's news, events, professions, salaries, human resources, etc.;
Event management : providing support for the communication and organisation of recruiting events;
Press relations and cooperations : participation in the cooperation management and the editing of press releases;
Email campaigns : providing support for the creation of emailings and newsletters;
Promotion of job advertisements : highlighting job offers on Moovijob.com in cooperation with the sourcing team;
KPI : Analysis of the results of our various communication campaigns.

Your profile :

You are currently enrolled or gratuated with a Bachelor or a Master in Marketing / Communication, Events or equivalent;

You are creative, dynamic, proactive and you have a communicative personality;

You show flexibility and quality awareness in your work. You are a team player but you also know how to work independently ;

You have a C2 level in French and at least a C1 level in English. Any other language skills are a plus.
