Graphic Designer - Gurugram (Contractual)

We're seeking a highly skilled and culturally attuned Graphic Designer (Contractual) who will help us in expand our business in India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a creative and skilled Designer and Video Editor to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of FlixBus India across multiple platforms, including social media, OOH, branding, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, deeply understands the Indian market, and possesses a strong background in marketing operations.

This is a contractual role based out of Gurugram (hybrid).

About the Role

• Design static and dynamic creatives for social media, OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising, shop boards, posters, and digital campaigns.
• Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners and standees.
• Ensure all designs align with FlixBus’s brand identity while maintaining a fresh, creative approach.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Create internal video assets for presentations, team events, and brand storytelling.
• Add motion graphics and animations to enhance content appeal.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Optimize content based on social media trends, engagement insights, and performance analytics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging tools to enhance creative output.
