We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interim Head of Finance . The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in mid-cap Private Equity (PE) backed businesses and be fluent in both German and English. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on finance operations, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Act as a key point of contact for Private Equity investors and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support business growth and operational efficiency through financial insights and recommendations
