Process Expert Serialization (m / w / d)

As Process Expert within our Business Process Management Team you identify or review new business requirements in the field of serialization / Track&Trace. Based on your profound process analysis you help define the new or enhanced business processes.

As interface between international stakeholders such as production and market units, warehouses, external supply chain partners as well as IT teams you play an important role in projects implementing the processes at Fresenius Kabi locations worldwide.

Your assignments

Analyze and visualize existing business processes mainly SAP serialization / Track&Trace

Review and evaluate demands for new processes or process enhancements submitted by internal or external stakeholders partly regulatory driven

Stay updated on international standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Identify and describe new or changed requirements for business processes

Conceptualize, describe and visualize future business processes

Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to rollout global projects following the Computerized System Validation (CSV)

Prepare and execute process / application tests mainly in SAP

Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and adherence to procedures

Your profile

Completed master's degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration or a related field

Profound understanding of serialization / Track&Trace processes ideally within pharmaceutical industry

Practical experience in process management and visualization of business processes (e.g. Celonis, Symbio)

Practical experience in a regulated industry environment (e.g. GxP, GAMP 5, CSV) would be an advantage

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex IT driven processes

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams and external partners

Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging digitalization technologies and industry trends

Practical knowledge of handling SAP (e.g. modules OER and ATTP); very good knowledge of MS Office 365

Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
