French Consulting is seeking a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Live Coordinator to deliver support command Chaplains at USAG Wiesbaden.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the catholic military community religious ceremonies and community gatherings reach and fulfill the needs of the community.
The Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator fall under the USAG Wiesbaden Chaplain’s Religious Support Program as defined in the Command Master Religious Program (CMRP).
The mission of the Chaplain’s Religious Support Program is to provide military religious support activities that meet the religious requirements of Soldiers, Families, and authorized civilians.
The primary goal of the Chaplains’ Religious Support Program is to ensure the free exercise of religion which is a statutory requirement under USC Title X.
Your efforts will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes supporting the military community’s spiritual health and well-being.
What You’ll Do Catholic Religious Community Support Provide support to the Garrison Religious Support Office and Catholic Chaplain / Priest in conducting religious services.
Various administrative tasks related to religious services including : Developing a monthly Catholic Community calendar Creating a weekly bulletin with announcements Assisting the Community Event Coordination and Publicity program Maintaining the Catholic Community Registration Collecting and supporting the Sacramental records Team Collaboration Attend and participate in required meetings scheduled by the Parish in order to gain and provide information pertaining to the Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordination tasks.
Participate in staff development programs, cross-training initiatives, and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications Three (3) years of work experience (paid or volunteer) as a Bible School teacher, Sunday School teacher or Catholic School teacher.
Personnel shall be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
One (1) year experience utilizing computer programs necessary for accomplishment of duties (i.e.
MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Internet and email).
Must commit to communicating and behaving with etiquette in the workplace that is indicative of respectful and courteous professional manner befitting US military religious support activities and refrain from using offensive language such as swearing, cursing, disparaging language, and other such communications.
You must be able to obtain the Military Catechist certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services within 90 days of contract award and possess the ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e., emails, minutes, bulletins, advertising, and marketing).
Must have either : SOFA status with Access to U.S.
