Employment Associate - Your Role :

Providing legal advice on complex employment law issues for national and international clients.
Drafting contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
Representing clients in negotiations and litigation concerning employment matters.
Staying updated on legal developments and ensuring clients comply with national and EU labor regulations.

Employment Associate - Your Profile :

At least 3 years of experience in employment law within a Luxembourg law firm (preferably top-tier or Magic Circle ).

A law degree with a specialization in employment law.

Fluency in French and English , both written and spoken; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Employment Associate - What We Offer :

Salary : up to €100,000 gross annual depending of your experience, performance-based bonuses (2-3 months of salary), health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, and more.
