About this Position

What you´ll do

• Support the Global Total Rewards team in managing the annual compensation cycles
• Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation practices
• Develop engaging communication about our compensation cycles
• Support in the preparation of diverse projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas
• Assist in regular reporting to ensure high data quality

What makes you a good fit

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven expertise MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Interest in HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to interpret and analyze compensation data
• Passion for HR and compensation topics
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement
• Availability as of January 2026 for ideally 6 months to gain valuable hands-on experience

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
