Your tasks?

You will support our HR service team in all matters relating to the employee life cycle and have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the field of HR management.

Your tasks will include administrative activities such as the preparation of employment contracts and references or the systemic processing of changes in working hours.

You will actively work with various internal and external contacts.

You will receive individual training as well as a wide range of opportunities for personal development .

Your profile?

You are studying (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources or in a comparable course of study.

You are enthusiastic about human relations, ideally you have already gained some experience in the HR environment.

You have good MS Office skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.

You are characterized by open and empathetic communication, quick comprehension and an independent and structured way of working.

A high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course for you.

You complement our team with very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
