Sensient Food Colors Europe is looking to hire an Inside Sales Account Manager.

Your mission will be to create demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone / online contact with customers and occasional field visits to key accounts. In this position, you will be responsible for  customers across Europe,  with a focus on DACH region customers. The role is full time based out of our Food Colors EMEA office in Geesthacht, Germany.

What you’ll do :

  • You will be given ownership over sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Food Colors products.
  • You will be working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.
  • As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
  • Seek, engage and partner with key customer decision makers to develop new color sales within accounts. This includes developing, implementing, and managing account-specific strategies to achieve sales goals and coordinating creative projects to bring added value to the customer.
  • Grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
