Your mission :
As a Business Development Manager at CWS Hygiene, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence into new international markets, leveraging our industry-leading hygiene solutions. Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth on a global scale.
What else will you be doing as Business Development Manager?
You conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion in various regions worldwide – by understanding market trends you are able to generate leads and develop effective market entry strategies;
Develop and implement business plans to penetrate new markets (e.g. market segmentation, target customer identification, pricing and channel development, etc.);
Drive sales initiatives to achieve business objectives by means of contract negotiations with prospective customers and partners to secure new business;
You travel abroad to establish and grow strong, long-lasting relationships with (potential) customers, partners and stakeholders, in order to further facilitate and implement our business development initiatives;
Collaborate closely with different internal teams such as marketing, product management, operations and regional sales to ensure alignment of international business expansion efforts with overall company objectives and targets in mind.

You are in the possession of bachelor or master degree in business administration, marketing or related field;
You have a first experience in sales or business development, and are excited to further develop in this field;
Excellent intercultural communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders;
We can describe you as someone who is hands-on with a results-oriented mindset and you have the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution;
Willingness to travel to different countries (up to 50%) and work 2 or 3 days in our Duisburg HQ during the remainder of the time to closely work together with the team;
You are fluent in German and English, another European language proficiency is an advantage but no must.
