Key activities and responsibilities of this role include :

• Maintain and administer network equipment.
• Monitor and manage network performance and integrity.
• Troubleshoot cloud and local network infrastructure to resolve escalated issues.
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
• Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g., access authentication and disaster recovery).
• Collaborate with vendors and technical suppliers for design, maintenance, and implementation of networking solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Communicate with users and stakeholders when necessary.
• Propose improvements for network performance, capacity, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and trends in IT networking.
