Specialist Quality & EHS (m / f / d)

We are searching for an experienced Specialist Quality & EHS, to support developing, implementing, and improving our QEHS management system. This position is part of the global Quality & EHS team, based in our Distribution Centre EDC, Hamburg, (or another of our DC’s in Global Distribution) reporting directly to the Head of Quality & EHS.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Quality & EHS team in Global Distribution
  • Support improving the Global Distribution Quality & EHS management program according to global and local requirements
  • Support creating governance structure
  • Assist in running Quality & EHS network
  • Assisting local responsible and supporting audits
  • Create, conduct, and track Quality & EHS training
  • Local process owner for relevant Quality Processes
  • Create reports about selected KPIs
  • Support the Distribution Centers with all Quality and EHS related questions

About You

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering or similar, or work experience within Coloplast, ideally in dealing with common Quality or EHS methods
  • Able to successfully support the implementation of Quality and EHS programs at multi-site level
  • Language : Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of using Veeva, MS Office
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills and hands-on mentality
