Existing Marketing Cloud
- Design, deploy, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for a variety of clients
- Audit of existing Marketing Cloud implementations
- Concept development and implementation of tasks for the daily support of our customers
- Lead Marketing Cloud solution designs for cross-cloud marketing projects
- Pioneer for CDP / CDC, Engagement, Interaction Studio, Datorama
- Effort estimations for new projects for existing customers
- Proactively providing suggestions to improve customer processes
- Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics
- Supporting colleagues on Marketing Cloud topics
- Support in defining best practices in the team

You have cross cloud experience, meaning you know the at least one of the following cloud applications and their integration with Marketing Cloud : Sales / Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud (lightweight)You have successfully implemented at least 10 SFMC implementationsYou find it easy to talk to customers about projects and ideas and to develop ad-hoc initial solution proposalsYou have the ability to present complex issues in writing and orally in a way that is easy to understand and to make decisions with them, and you have good presentation skillsYour high level of reliability distinguishes you, as does your ability to support potential customers pragmatically and quicklyYou have knowledge of system and process integrationYou speak English at a business fluent level
