Your Impact

As our Senior Marketing Decision Analyst (m / f / d) , you will partner with Marketing & Product Managers and Heads of Marketing across 7NXT’s multi-brand portfolio (Gymondo, 7Mind and Buddyfit) to drive clarity, challenge assumptions and unlock smarter marketing decisions across all growth channels.

This role is not about dashboards or reporting. It's about marketing decision intelligence : helping our teams understand what’s really driving performance, what to do next and where to invest.

You’ll go deep into user behavior, experiment design and marketing effectiveness with a strong focus on causal measurement, incrementality and subscription-building insights.
