Tasks
To excel in this role, you must possess a natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn. Attention to detail and proficiency with numbers are essential qualities.
Additionally, a solid understanding of Excel is required to efficiently fulfill responsibilities.
You will mainly focus on the following tasks :
- Facilitate the Accounts Receivables invoicing process, meticulously validating "Ready to Invoice" status and crafting polished invoices
- Support Rate Card update process, conducting thorough 4-eyes principle reviews of steering tables for the pricing calculation tool and internal invoice audits
- Engage in the Accounts Payable process, meticulously validating and approving provider invoices to maintain financial integrity
- Contribute to the estimation and forecasting of costs and revenues, leveraging analytical skills to provide valuable insights
- Support with ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Handle various administration tasks with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations

- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial or office clerk, or higher studies
- Recent graduates or professionals with a few years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. You should be used to work with Pivot tables, XlookUp and other function such as If, And, Max, Min, Sum etc.
- Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
- Organized and great attention to details
- Excellent with numbers
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
