In Germany, our partner operates more than 130 business centers in 25 cities. To strengthen our team we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Services and Sales Manager.

Your tasks as Customer Services and Sales Manager :

  • Operational responsibility of the location
  • Responsibility for the leasing / sales of a business center
  • Increase the turnover
  • Acquisition of new customers and conclusion of new contracts
  • Establishing and intensifying business relationships with existing customers, brokers, and partners
  • Technical management of the center team in day-to-day business
  • Ensuring the center standard
  • Minimization of outstanding accounts and development of potential additional business or services
  • Customer care and ensuring a first-class service and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints or escalating to the responsible manager in case of serious problems
  • Organization / coordination of events and community events
  • Handling of daily customer inquiries
  • Communication with landlords, suppliers as well as internal departments

Your profile as Customer Services and Sales Manager :

  • Successfully completed professional training
  • Good knowledge of German and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
  • A strong organizational and team-oriented personality and absolute reliability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership experience
  • Strong sales personality with a consistent desire to close deals
  • A high degree of independence, initiative, customer service, and flexibility
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Sense of responsibility and service-oriented approach
