The Power Conversion Technology Laboratory within Huawei’s Nuremberg Research Center is responsible for Advanced Digital Power Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning, and plays an important role in the Huawei Digital Power business in the design and development of power converters and control systems for applications such as PV Solar & Battery Energy Storage Field, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle, and Embedded Power Supply.

2(Senior) Electrical Engineer - Leased Labor 12-18 Months (m / f / d)

Your mission

• You would be responsible for the management and execution of the PV-BESS innovation center and R&D laboratory construction projects.
• You would maintain communication with stakeholders of innovation laboratories and proof-of-concept (POC) laboratories related to PV testing, participate in developing testing and validation protocols, and drive the implementation of provincial-level rectification initiatives for the laboratories.
• You would be responsible for the comprehensive management of laboratories and external sites, including the procurement, storage, and utilization of instruments and equipment.
• You would conduct experiments with the R&D team and document the results.
