Bauleiter, Nationwide Travel - Germany

The Resolute Group are working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture office based in Dusseldorf, who work across building construction. Specifically involved in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Location : Dusseldorf (HQ) + Nationwide Travel (Germany)

Salary : €60,000 - €75,000 + accommodation / company car + fuel card

Job Description :

The Resolute Group are glad to represent an expanding international company, who are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Bauleiter.

Future advancement opportunities available, including promotion to project leadership roles.

This company was has multiple offices across Europe, and over 500 employees spread across this region. With expertise across design and build projects, you will be joining an ambitious and hardworking team, who prioritise a quality driven approach.

For this role, you will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany. Thus, you must be comfortable and flexible for consistent travel to be on site.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include :

• Competent oversight of all disciplines involved in complete building construction
• Focused management of quality, safety, timelines, and budgeting
• Skilled preparation and execution of subcontractor tenders and contract awards
• Independent handling of billing for construction activities
• Verification of invoices and on-site measurements
• Compilation and maintenance of project records and reports
• Client-focused assistance throughout the defect liability phase
