We are Group Finance & Tax a diverse highly skilled team of more than 70 colleagues based in Metzingen. Our ambition is clear: to become a leading tech-driven Finance & Tax organization supporting our business with reliable numbers strong governance and forward-looking line with our mission We love to support we need to protect we continuously evolve our Accounting Tax and Treasury processes and actively contribute to the successful execution of the Groups strategy.

To strengthen our Group Tax function we are looking for a Senior Tax Manager with a strong focus on Tax Reporting & Accounting.

This role is designed as a senior lateral leadership position: you will own and drive key tax focus areas end-to-end act as a sparring partner to the Global Head of Tax and serve as a central interface between business functions external auditors and advisors. While the Global Head of Tax defines vision strategy and overall governance you translate this into robust execution high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.

What you can expect:

End-to-End Ownership of Tax Reporting & Accounting
You own the tax reporting narrative of the Group ensuring that current and deferred taxes ETR and Pillar Two are translated into transparent consistent and audit-ready disclosures under IFRS and HGB. You actively shape how the Groups tax position is reflected in the consolidated financial statements and understood by key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Leadership
You connect tax reporting accounting and compliance through robust processes reliable data flows and effective controls strengthening the foundations of the Groups tax result. By driving digitalization and process improvements you enhance quality efficiency and scalability across the tax function. Act as an interface to other tax competence areas such as Transfer Pricing VAT and Wage Tax ensuring alignment and consistency

Functional Leadership & Capability Building
You lead through expertise and influence acting as a trusted sparring partner to the Global Head of Tax on governance topics and strategic initiatives. Through functional leadership and knowledge sharing you help continuously elevate tax capabilities across the global Finance & Tax community.
