Job Description
You will support our sales team in the Environment & Energy division with the following tasks :
- Processing telephone and written customer enquiries
- Order entry and support
- Technical customer advice
- Designing and calculating pumps and accessories
- Preparing individual, customized quotations and following them up
- Negotiation of offers within the scope of decision-making authority
- Support and expansion of the existing customer base
- Close cooperation with sales representatives, subsidiaries, agencies and internal departments
- Competition and market observation with corresponding reporting
- Participation in trade fairs
