We are looking for an Expert to strengthen our R&D group in Dresden. In this position you will be driving innovations on semiconductor technology, device and system level to shape the next generations of CoolMOS and Wide Bandgap High-Voltage Power MOSFETs. Job Description
In your new role you will :
- Develop and characterize new device and process concepts and drive their implementation until hand over to manufacturing
- Foster application know-how and system understanding to derive product solutions with higher value for the costumer
- Contribute to development projects and furthermore present results to management and expert teams
- Specify requirements of unit processes and coordinate their developments
- Collaborate closely with other teams in the Business Unit ( product development, application engineering, product marketing) as well as in Frontend ( unit process development, production sustainment and physical failure analysis
