Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) has been established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan.
Our European headquarter is located in Hoofddorp The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Munich, Redditch (UK) and a software development office in Gdansk.
Your Profile
Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Commercial Business or similar
Proven academic background in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ Years of Experience in Sales or Business Development
Strong track record in leading business activities, with a focus on the automotive sector being a plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to lead, engage, and develop teams to meet business objectives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with proficiency in German as a strong advantage.
Proficiency in project management and financial metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects, develop financial strategies, and report on business metrics effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Business Development Activities
Responsible for the growth and profitability of assigned customer accounts through presentations, RFIs, RFQs, and commercial negotiations.
Drive Departmental and Sales Performance
Ensure budget targets are met, business strategies are executed, and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
Manage Customer Relationships and Contract Execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through account management and the execution of contractual agreements.
Ensure Compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Champion best practices in quality standards such as IATF and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer experiences.
Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders
Maintain communication across departments, including supply chain and program teams, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and internal objectives.
