Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Presales Consultant – EU

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Presales Consultant to join our team in the European Union (EU) Germany. This role involves collaborating with clients, management team, and technical consultants to understand business needs and demonstrate how D365 F&O can deliver value. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Engagements :
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations tailored to the client's business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to articulate the value of D365 F&O solutions.
  • Solution Design :
  • Analyze customer pain points and business objectives to propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop and document high-level solution architectures, including integrations and customizations.
  • Create and present proof-of-concept (PoC) environments to showcase D365 F&O capabilities.
  • Proposal Development :
  • Assist in crafting proposals, statements of work (SOW), and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to provide accurate estimates and implementation strategies.
  • Industry Expertise :
  • Stay updated on industry trends, D365 F&O features, and competitor offerings.
  • Advise clients on best practices for financial, supply chain, and operational processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP solutions, with at least 2 years in a presales or consulting role.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of EU-specific regulations, such as GDPR, tax compliance, and localization requirements.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related areas.
  • Fluency in German languages in addition to English.
  • Experience working in multi-country ERP implementations.
