The Business Unit Europe Africa is one of thelargest of TK Elevator’s six Business Units. Its Regional BusinessSupport Center is in Dusseldorf, Germany, from where it coordinatesactivities in 20+ countries, as well as a distributor network inAfrica. This unit handles the sale, installation, servicing, andmodernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. In selectmarkets, the portfolio also includes home lifts and the service ofautomatic doors. In the fiscal year 2022 / 2023, the Business Unithad about 14,000 employees and generated sales of around 2.4billion euros. Responsibilities :
- Youwill lead and govern Field Supply Chain processes and projectsEnd-to-End in our region Europe Africa(EA).
- You will drive automation andtransformation initiatives within Europe in close collaborationwith Field Operations, Finance, and the globalteams.
- You will be the main businesscounterpart of the IT including budget responsibility andgovernance.
- You will supervise and coordinatebusiness process owners across various processstreams.
- You will engage frequently with EASenior Leadership Team to report status of projects and financialgovernance.
- You will shape the future vision ofEA's role in regard to processes, systems, anddigitization.
- You will functionally lead andcollaborate with operational shared service centers as an extensioninto the countries.
- You will ensure thetransfer of best practices around business excellence across thedifferent entities.
- You own part of the processlandscape and step in case ofescalations.
Qualifications :
Youhold a university degree or have an equivalentqualification.You bring in at least 10 years’experience in supply chain strategy and transformation with astrong focus on E2E processes.You have astrong affinity with IT systems (CRM, FSM & ERP) in addition todigital tools (e.g. SNOW, Opentext etc.).Youbring in prior experience within the service manufacturingindustry.You understand how to effectivelymanage (international) projects and have prior experience in thisdomain.You can communicate clearly andapproach challenges with solution-orientedstrategies.You are willing to travel and bepresent for on-site projectmeetings.Benefits :
