StellenbeschreibungWork closely with our Team Lead Risk Management & Internal Controls and our Head of Internal Audit on various projects throughout our European business Use internal controls and risk management to review our operations and to mitigate risks Identify risk factors and implement action plans to avoid transfer lower or accept risks Shape the way we work write internal policies check our guidelines and monitor the respective implementation Communicate and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
- A degree in economics or in another relevant field
- First relevant experience in finance accounting internal controls or risk management
- Good analytical skills & attention to details along with a good command of Excel and Google docs
- Excellent communication skills and a curious & problemsolving mindset
- Ability to fluently communicate verbally and written in English German is a plus
