Senior Corporate Officer – Work Life Balance, 30 Days Off

We are currently assisting our long-time partner, a fast-growing yet human-sized fiduciary of 20 people, in its search for a Senior Corporate Officer. This position is being created in the context of the fiduciary’s growth and to ensure a comfortable workload for the current team.

This fiduciary, that was created over a decade ago, offers a complete range of services including domiciliation, accounting, tax and corporate-legal services. With its boutique approach, the fiduciary has been able to develop a loyal client portfolio of SOPARFI / Holdings, SCSP and Securitization vehicles primarily.

The healthy environment and atmosphere in this fiduciary are proof of the excellent human values that the upper management always respect. This is why many have been employed in the fiduciary for numerous years and the staff turn-over is practically inexistant.

The functioning of the fiduciary is also driven by quite a flat hierarchy . This directly informs the open and effective communication within the team. You will have the opportunity of exchanging ideas with the key members of the structure and to collaborate with them daily.

Lastly, we have assisted this fiduciary in several recruitments and have gotten very positive feedback from the candidates. They have all assured us that the team spirit is great and that their integration was excellent. We have also met the partners several times in their offices, which is why we can say that the offices are very nice and spacious, and ideally located in Luxembourg City.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary- PFS

  • You take on the daily corporate and legal matters for your client portfolio, from the constitution to the liquidation / dissolution . This portfolio will be composed primarily of SOPARFI / Holdings .
  • You prepare and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings and are also responsible for the documentation linked to these (e.g. board minutes, resolutions).
  • You are in direct contact with your clients and act as primary point of contact when they have questions or need advice.
  • You will report to the Head of Legal, who cares about coaching and assisting the team continuously and has been a member of the fiduciary for many years.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary- PFS

  • You have at least 7 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo or Big Four in Luxembourg.
  • You are autonomous in handling a client portfolio and have also handled the direct contact with your clients.
  • You can demonstrate a stable career path , as the fiduciary cares about hiring candidates who have a long-term vision.
  • You communicate easily in English, in writing and verbally.
  • You have a strong background in handling a portfolio of SOPARFI / Holdings and are interested in joining a fiduciary with loyal clients .
  • You care about offering assistance that is not only personalized, but also handled in a professional and quality-oriented way.

  • The very attractive compensation offered by this structure will be based in part on your level of experience and technical skills. This can reach up to € 95.000 per year . Furthermore, you will benefit from an annual bonus and 30 days off.
