What we are looking for… A Director of Corporate Business Development, whowill spearhead our corporate client growth strategy, drivingengagement with token issuers, foundations, and other corporatecounter-parties. This role demands a deep understanding of digitalasset markets, derivatives, and other financial instruments, aswell as a strategic mindset to align long-term partnerships withclearly outlined, strategic businessobjectives.

JobDescription

  • Prospectingand Qualification

Identify andprioritize high-value corporate counter-parties, including tokenissuers, blockchain foundations, and institutionalplayers.

  • Conduct in-depth market research tounderstand client needs, competitive positioning, and emergingopportunities.
  • Develop a systematic approach toqualifying leads based on strategic fit, potential revenue, andmarket alignment.
  • ClientRelationship Management
  • Build andmaintain long-term, trusted partnerships with corporate clients byunderstanding their goals and aligning them with tailoredsolutions.

  • Serve as the primary point ofcontact for clients, ensuring seamless communication andresponsiveness.
  • Monitor client satisfaction andproactively address any concerns or challenges to reinforcerelationships.
  • StrategicService Expansion withClients
  • Collaborate with internalteams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducingnew derivative or market-making solutions.

  • Leadthe development of bespoke trading and liquidity provision modelsfor existing clients.
  • Stay abreast of industrytrends and regulatory developments to proactively expand servicesthat align with clientneeds.
  • Capacity to RunFundamental Analysis
  • Performfundamental analysis on blockchain projects, token economics, andmarket trends to evaluate partnershippotential.

  • Leverage insights from financial andblockchain data to support decision-making and strategicrecommendations.
  • Develop models to assess riskand return for potential ventures and align them with companyobjectives.
  • BackgroundAnd Experience

  • 8+years of experience in business development or sales withinfinancial services and / or crypto markets.
  • Atleast a very strong notion of digital asset markets or 3+ years ofindustry experience.
  • Extensive knowledge ofderivatives, financial concepts, and blockchainecosystems.
  • Proven track record in engagingwith token issuers, foundations, other crypto corporate clients,and closing complex deals in thisenvironment.
  • Strong familiarity with tradingconcepts.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiationskills.
